Belong at Sussex have lots of events coming up over the next few weeks, including the Belong at Sussex film screening, the mature student skills event, and Belong in Nature Series.
Belong at Sussex Film Screening, (Mona Lisa Smile), Friday 24th February, 5pm-8pm, Jubilee 118 (Open to All)
At a private school in the 1950s, a non-conformist teacher encourages students to pursue their dreams and question the roles they are expected to play in society.
Hosted by students from the Sussex mature student community, this film has been chosen to provide an enjoyable, sociable opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds to get together and make new connections. As well as enjoying the film, we hope to encourage a thought-provoking conversation about education and students’ experiences and pathways into university.
