This lunchtime event will help researchers become more productive and more satisfied with what they produce. It will help researchers:
- Reflect on their motivations for engaging with impact and KE and find new reasons to engage in their own way
- Leave with practical tools to use immediately to prioritise limited time to achieve more ambitious career goals
- Gain a deeper understanding of the values that underpin their work
- Define practical changes to create a positive feedback loop to become more focused and productive
